Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form on this site to register for a panel, request information, or contact us, we collect the details you enter. Depending on the form that may include your name, email address, phone number, organization, and whatever you write in a message field.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server records standard technical data when you visit: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This is used to keep the site secure and working properly.

Where a chamber of commerce, financial institution, economic development organization or other partner sponsors your participation in a program, we may share attendance and completion information with that sponsor so they can report on the program they funded. We will tell you at registration when a program is sponsored and what will be shared.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and registration records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise them.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us. You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you specific rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
