What We’ll Do During Onboarding
By the end of onboarding, you should be ready to use the BizFlixTalk guided environment on your own.
We’ll walk through:
- accepting your BizFlixTalk workspace invitation
- switching between your personal/company ChatGPT workspace and BizFlixTalk
- locating and opening the Strategic AI Blueprint Builder
- understanding what information stays separate between workspaces
- deciding what business information you want to bring into BizFlixTalk
- preparing your Business Context Record
- learning how the guided process uses Retrieve → Interview → Build → Review → Approve → Carry Forward
- understanding APPROVE / REVISE / INVESTIGATE FURTHER
- learning what to do when you don’t know an answer
- starting your first guided activity
- understanding how to save your Business Intelligence Record for use outside the BizFlixTalk workspace
What to Bring
Please bring:
- Your laptop or the device you plan to use for the program
- Your ChatGPT login
You will log into your own account. Do not send your password to BizFlixTalk or anyone else. - Your Strategic AI Business Context Record, if already completed
- Any Business Expansion Blueprint work you’ve already completed
- Optional business documents you may want to use during the program
You do not need to bring your entire ChatGPT history.
Before the Session
- Register
Register using the same email address you want associated with your BizFlixTalk access. - Watch for Your BizFlixTalk Invitation
You will receive a separate invitation to join the BizFlixTalk ChatGPT workspace. If you already use ChatGPT for yourself or your company, do not merge your existing workspace into BizFlixTalk. Keep the workspaces separate. - Attend Onboarding
We’ll make sure you can successfully access the guided experience before you begin working independently.
Your Plugin Access
Your plugin access is given to participants only after payment and workspace access have been confirmed, and is provided during your onboarding session.
Activate Your BizFlixTalk Access
Watch your email for your access invitation.
Your BizFlixTalk AI-Guided experience is delivered through a separate BizFlixTalk ChatGPT environment. Look for your invitation.
Once you receive it:
- Open the invitation.
- Sign in to ChatGPT using the email address you registered with.
- Join the BizFlixTalk workspace.
- Locate the Strategic AI Blueprint Builder.
Already use ChatGPT?
Great. Your existing personal or company ChatGPT environment remains separate. You don’t need to abandon it or move everything into BizFlixTalk.
Your BizFlixTalk access is a separate learning environment. Bring only the business information you want to use for your Blueprint.

OPTION A
I’ve already completed Strategic AI Onboarding.
Great. Bring your Strategic AI Onboarding / Business Context Record into the BizFlixTalk experience. The system will review what is already known before asking additional questions.
Best choice if: you’ve already completed your Strategic AI work with us.
OPTION B
ChatGPT already knows a lot about my business.
Don’t copy your entire ChatGPT history. Instead, use the Business Context Transfer Prompt below inside the ChatGPT environment where your business information already exists. Then review the resulting record before bringing it into BizFlixTalk.
OPTION C
I have business documents.
You can bring relevant documents such as your company overview, business plan, marketing information, financial summaries, customer information, or previous Blueprint work. Only provide documents that are relevant to the work you’re completing.
OPTION D
I’m starting from scratch.
That’s okay. The BizFlixTalk experience can interview you and begin building your business context with you. You do not have to have everything figured out before you start.

Include relevant information about my business model, products or services, customers, geography, revenue model, stage of business, goals, marketing and sales channels, brand, team, capacity, challenges, relevant financial context, verified assumptions, and important unknowns.
Do not include passwords, login credentials, Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, bank or credit-card information, private customer records, protected health information, confidential employee information, confidential legal information, or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for business strategy.
Give me the Business Context Record first so I can review, edit, or remove information before I move it into another workspace.
Stop and review before you transfer it.
Ask yourself: Does BizFlixTalk need this information to help me make business decisions? If not, remove it.

- Social Security numbers
- Bank or credit-card numbers
- Tax identification numbers

- Other sensitive information unnecessary for completing your Blueprint
Whenever possible, use summaries, ranges, sanitized examples, or redacted documents rather than unnecessary sensitive records.
Your Blueprint needs useful business intelligence—not every piece of information your business possesses.

What If I Don’t Know?
“I don’t know” is an acceptable business answer.
If you don’t know something, say so.
The system should identify it as UNKNOWN or NEEDS VERIFICATION and help determine what information or evidence would be needed.
You don’t need to make up an answer just to finish an exercise.
That is actually an important part of learning what your business still needs to know.
